Formación

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and professional presentation on camera.
• Prior experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Dedicated home office setup with HD webcam, clear microphone, and reliable internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates and post jobs across recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and pre-screen applicants provided by the company.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate times across multiple time zones.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day and record every interview for leadership reporting.
• Maintain daily candidate pipelines and submit structured reports.
