Job summary

eJam is a consumer products company building and scaling brands with a remote, Latin America–wide team. We are seeking an Independent Contractor for full-cycle recruiting, who will run 10–15 searches, own outreach, and design multi-step campaigns to attract top talent.

You will manage recruitment spend, build talent pools, and partner with leadership across brands. Fluent English is required, and experience with US-based roles in marketing or eCommerce is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for or with a US-based company, preferably marketing/ad/eCommerce or agency.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken; daily live video calls with US candidates.
• Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience with active seat usage (Boolean strings, projects, InMail campaigns).
• Hands-on Workable experience with requisition, pipelines and offers.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10–15 active searches across departments and brands.
• Source through LinkedIn Recruiter and build talent pools for reuse.
• Design multi-step outbound campaigns: emails, InMail cadences, follow-ups.
• Conduct first-round interviews and be the voice candidates associate with eJam.
• Keep scheduling, feedback, and communication moving through every stage.
• Prepare offers and onboarding handoff.
• Handle confidential and leadership searches with discretion.
