BairesDev is seeking a TA Operations Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and optimize recruitment workflows. You will work on data-driven strategies to enhance talent acquisition efficiency and reporting accuracy.

As part of a global, fully remote team, you will collaborate with leadership to align analytics with recruitment objectives and drive measurable improvements in ROI.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, data analytics, or operations roles.
• Proven expertise with SQL and advanced spreadsheets for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience designing recruitment dashboards and reporting on KPIs.
• Ability to optimize sourcing pipelines and manage candidate funnels.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Extract and analyze recruitment data using SQL and advanced spreadsheets to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Design and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into KPIs.
• Partner with leadership to streamline sourcing pipelines and improve ROI.
• Perform deep-dive analyses of talent acquisition funnels for workforce planning.
• Ensure data integrity in ATS and high-quality reporting.
