Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Analytics, Data Analytics, or Talent Operations.
- Proven expertise in data analytics and building dashboards using SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience optimizing talent acquisition workflows and sourcing pipelines.
- Proficiency in reporting and analyzing talent-related KPIs to support operational decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain dashboards to monitor recruitment funnel health and operational efficiency.
- Analyze talent KPIs to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Partner with leadership to present data-backed insights for workforce planning.
- Create targeted plans for identifying and attracting top-tier talent.
- Track and report key metrics such as retention and cost-per-hire to ensure scalable talent strategy.
