Qualifications

• 4+ years in Talent Analytics, Data Analytics, or Talent Operations.
• Proven expertise in data analytics and dashboards using SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience optimizing talent acquisition workflows and sourcing pipelines.
• Proficiency in reporting and analyzing talent-related KPIs to support operational decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze talent KPIs to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Partner with leadership to present data-backed insights for workforce planning and organizational success.
