Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Analytics Analyst to transform recruitment data into actionable insights and drive strategic hiring decisions. You will build dashboards, analyze KPIs, and tell data-driven stories to optimize the talent lifecycle.

Qualifications

4+ years in Talent Analytics, Data Analytics, or Talent Operations.
Proven expertise in data analytics and dashboards using SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
Hands-on experience optimizing talent acquisition workflows and sourcing pipelines.
Proficiency in reporting and analyzing talent-related KPIs to support operational decisions.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain dashboards to monitor recruitment funnel health and operational efficiency.
Analyze talent KPIs to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Partner with leadership to present data-backed insights for workforce planning and organizational success.
Leverage data to create targeted plans for identifying and attracting top-tier talent.
Track and report on key metrics such as employee retention and cost-per-hire to ensure a scalable talent strategy.
