Porch Group in Colombia is seeking a T1 Support Billing Specialist for a remote position. You will be the first line of contact for billing questions, provide live support via phone, chat, and email, and assist with billing and collections.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in technical support, strong English communication, and the ability to troubleshoot with empathy. You should be comfortable learning from videos and documentation and able to switch between tasks.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Excellent conflict management and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to maintain an upbeat, caring, and empathetic attitude towards customers.
• General understanding of the troubleshooting process and the ability to outline your approach.
• The ability to type 50+ Words per Minute.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and G Suite Programs.
• Excel, Word, Sheets, Docs.
• Self-Starter, able to work and learn independently.
• Comfortable learning 1-on-1 or through self-guided videos and documentation.
• Ability to task switch effectively between different types of work.
• Experience working with global and/or US based business teams.
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
