Talento in Bogotá seeks an Account Executive to manage client accounts and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will support invoice purchasing operations, maintain account information, and minimize organizational risk through proactive communication and analysis.

The role requires a Finance/Business background with strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Remote work with on-site availability in Bogotá is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the financial industry.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to client calls and emails promptly.
• Communicate updates on invoice purchases and verification delays.
• Review requests outside standard processes and communicate decisions to clients.
• Explain policies clearly and provide training to facilitate funding.
• Resolve issues to deliver world-class service while minimizing risk.
