The future is bright for Porch Group, and we’d love you to be part of it as a T1 Support Billing Specialist. We are a fast-paced software company seeking a technical support customer service representative.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent creative problem-solving skills. This role involves billing support for customers across North America and beyond, with day-to-day work done remotely via phone, chat, and email.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Excellent conflict management and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to maintain an upbeat, caring, and empathetic attitude towards customers.
• General understanding of the troubleshooting process and the ability to outline your approach.
• The ability to type 50+ Words per Minute
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and G Suite Programs
• Self-Starter, able to work and learn independently.
• Comfortable learning 1-on-1 or through self-guided videos and documentation.
• Ability to task switch effectively between different types of work.
• Experience working with global and/or US based business teams
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

Responsabilidades

• Be the first line of support for all billing related questions and inquiries.
• Assist in billing support and collections.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through steps to resolve.
