Touch Support, Inc. & SNF Back Office is seeking energetic customer service professionals to join our remote team serving US-based clients. This work-from-home role welcomes applicants from anywhere in Colombia and prioritizes excellent English communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

You will help customers troubleshoot, onboard, and resolve inquiries while delivering a high-touch, personalized experience. We offer online training, ongoing onboarding, and a clear promotion path.

Formación

• Excellent communication in English; US-based clients.
• Passion for helping people and resolving issues.
• Interest in building a career in IT.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt.
• Ability to work in shifts with a stable quarterly schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and resolve customer questions via chat, email, and phone promptly.
• Assist in onboarding, educating, and supporting customers throughout their journey.
• Address technical and billing-related inquiries.
• Advocate for customers by relaying unique questions and challenges to the team.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service.
