The future is bright for Porch Group, and we’d love you to be a part of it as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative provides customer care to established customers and their mortgage companies by providing policy documents, verifying coverage, accepting payments and answering product and service questions.

This position will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Property and Casualty Insurance experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-volume call center.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions; forward as needed.
• Process payments and mortgage verifications within authority.
• Research customer inquiries and respond to parties promptly.
• Ensure service levels are met or exceeded in call handling.
• Document files accurately and follow procedures.
• Coordinate with team members and customers on service issues.
• Refer callers to underwriters when appropriate and timely.
• Handle a large volume of inbound/outbound calls.
• Provide accurate information using approved tools and methods.
