BairesDev is hiring a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to own features end to end, including agent and skill integrations and the services behind them. You will build RAG pipelines, integrate LLMs, and evaluate models against golden data while maintaining robust frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript.

You will collaborate with senior engineers to surface blockers early, work on scalable microservices, and contribute to a globally distributed, remote-first team.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Python.
• Experience with LLM integration and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with LLM evaluation using LangSmith, LLM-as-judge, or offline evals.
• Experience with AWS.
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with retrieval over structured and unstructured data.
• Experience integrating agents and skills with internal services.
• Experience with vector search and embedding strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end to end, including agent and skill integrations and API services.
• Integrate LLMs and build RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured data.
• Evaluate agent behavior against golden datasets and offline evaluation frameworks.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces using React with TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with a Staff or Principal engineer, surfacing blockers and asking for help proactively.
