A prominent finance outsourcing firm is seeking a Staff Accountant based in Colombia. This remote role requires an experienced accounting professional with 3–5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience. You will manage financial transactions, support monthly and quarterly reports, and ensure the accuracy of financial data. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online and cloud-based accounting tools, with excellent communication skills to thrive in a remote environment.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, ideally supporting multiple clients or industries.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online proficiency.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and record all financial transactions, including A/P, A/R, payroll entries, and journal entries.
• Handle monthly and quarterly close activities: schedules, reconciliations, and draft financial reports.
• Implement standardized bookkeeping processes across client accounts.
