Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years LATAM or 5+ years SA/PH experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel; strong AP/AR knowledge.
• Proficient English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to work full U.S. business hours (Eastern Time).

Responsibilities

• Handle AP processing, vendor management, and payments.
• Manage AR invoicing, receipts, and balance reconciliations.
• Keep books current; perform monthly bank and card reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist audits.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen controls.
