Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience managing multiple clients.
• 2+ years of QuickBooks Pro experience, ready for ProAdvisor certification.
• Deep understanding of modern bookkeeping competencies.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the general ledger and categorize transactions.
• Execute the month-end close process, including reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for review.
• Follow and refine client-specific SOPs using Asana.
• Collaborate internally without direct client communication.
