A multinational financial service provider is seeking an Accounting Operations Lead to manage daily accounting operations and ensure compliance across its entities. The ideal candidate will have extensive accounting experience and will work collaboratively with a U.S.-based team from Colombia. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in multi-entity or multinational environments.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP or IFRS).
• English proficiency (B2 or higher) required.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily accounting activities including reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports.
• Partner with external accountants to ensure compliance.
