A leading outsourcing solutions provider is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Senior Processor to join their remote team in Colombia. The ideal candidate will manage bookkeeping for over 50 small business clients, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and proficiency in QuickBooks, are required for this role. This position offers the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, multi-client environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial processing roles.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Experience delivering full-charge bookkeeping services, including reconciliations and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full-cycle, outsourced bookkeeping for 50+ small business clients.
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and transaction categorization.
• Deliver responsive and professional client service.

Conocimientos

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop

Strong understanding of GAAP

Excellent data entry accuracy

Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong problem-solving abilities

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
