Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or technical consulting (or Master's degree plus 3 years / PhD).
• Minimum 3 years of experience translating customer business requirements into technical architectures within enterprise IT environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building and delivering live software demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) tests, or customer technical evaluations.
• Professional experience supporting enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or observability/data analytics solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical professional experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design with Account Executives for enterprise accounts.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations and live product demonstrations.
• Build and execute PoCs to validate feasibility and accelerate deals.
• Collaborate with product specialists, channel partners, and engineering teams for field feedback and account expansion.
