Bluelight is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead software delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams and clients. You will manage scope, budget, timelines, and risk while ensuring high-quality, on-time releases in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience, Jira/Asana proficiency, nearshore US-LATAM delivery exposure, and PMP/CSM/PSM certification. Remote work options and attractive bonuses are offered.

• 5+ years managing software development projects.
• Experience with fixed, immovable deadlines and critical-path management.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience coordinating vendor dependencies and contracts.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Manage scope, budget, resourcing and timelines across concurrent workstreams.
• Coordinate third-party vendor dependencies and contracts.
• Lead Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Provide client-facing status reporting.
• Maintain risk registers and change-control processes.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
