Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. is seeking a senior presales engineer with a strong SOC background to support TELCO engagements across LATAM. You will lead technical demos, respond to RFPs, and shape SOC offerings with emphasis on Fortinet solutions such as FortiAnalyzer, FortiSIEM, and SOCaaS.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, travel across LATAM, and the ability to engage SOC analysts up to C-level stakeholders. Remote options available for multi-country coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a presales, solutions engineering or technical sales role within cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of direct SOC background: incident validation, escalation, analyst workflows, and solution homologation.
• Experience with Service Providers, Telcos or MSSPs is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SOC technologies: SIEM, SOAR, EDR/NDR, threat analytics.
• Understanding of API integrations and automation to connect SOC platforms with self-service portals.

Responsibilities

• Support sales cycles through technical presentations, demos and proof-of-value sessions focused on SOC use cases.
• Assist Sales and pre-sales teams in responding to RFPs/RFIs involving SOC, SIEM/SOAR or managed security services requirements.
• Build and deliver competitive positioning material showing Fortinet's SOC advantages vs competitors.
• Support solution sizing and technical proposal creation with sales counterparts.
• Act as the technical trusted advisor for SOC matters and engage with Telco SOC analysts.
