Fortinet is seeking a seasoned Presales & Security Solutions Engineer to support Telco SOC offerings and engage with SOC analysts and architects.

You will translate customer needs into technical proposals and help monetize SOC services alongside the sales team across LATAM. The role emphasizes API-driven integrations and adoption of Fortinet SOC products such as FortiAnalyzer, FortiSIEM, FortiSOAR, FortiEDR and FortiNDR.

Formación

• 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering or technical sales in cybersecurity.
• 5+ years direct SOC background: incident validation, escalation, analyst workflows.
• Experience with Service Providers, Telcos or MSSPs is desirable but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales cycles with technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-value for SOC use cases.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs involving SOC, SIEM/SOAR or managed security services.
• Develop competitive positioning materials showing Fortinet's SOC advantages vs competitors.
• Collaborate with sales to size solutions and create technical proposals.
