Fortinet, Inc. is seeking aSenior SOC presales engineer to support TELCO accounts across LATAM. You will engage SOC analysts, design API integrations, and help craft proofs-of-value and proposals. You will collaborate with sales, pre-sales, product and operations teams to drive managed services adoption.

The role requires strong English and Spanish, with Portuguese as a plus, and willingness to travel across LATAM. Fortinet offers a dynamic, multi-country environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering or technical sales in cybersecurity.
• 5+ years direct SOC background: incident validation, escalation, analyst workflows.
• Experience with Service Providers, Telcos or MSSPs is desirable but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales cycles through technical presentations, demos and value-focused sessions for SOC use cases.
• Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs involving SOC, SIEM/SOAR or managed security services requirements.
• Build and deliver competitive positioning material showing Fortinet's SOC advantages.
• Drive adoption of FortiAnalyzer, FortiSOC and SOCaaS within Telco SOC environments.
• Design API-driven integrations and support AI-driven analytics for incident response.
• Collaborate across regional accounts and with GAMs/SEs to execute SecOps strategy.
• Create technical documentation, playbooks and presentations for Telcos and internal teams.
