BairesDev is seeking a Senior SOC Engineer to act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers, not a pure SOC analyst. You’ll support post-purchase success, troubleshoot critical issues, write scripts, and drive value realization from the security platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Security Operations including detection, triage, incident response, automation.
• Experience with SIEM/SOAR/XDR platforms such as Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, CrowdStrike.
• Hands-on scripting in Python/JavaScript for automations and integrations.
• Linux admin experience in production environments; cloud security across GCP/AWS/Azure.
• Strong customer-facing skills with clear technical communication; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and product SME for enterprise customers on a converged security platform.
• Troubleshoot critical issues, perform detection, triage, and incident response tasks.
• Write scripts and build integrations to automate customer workflows.
• Train customers and create knowledge base materials to drive adoption.
• Help customers realize ROI and ongoing value from the security investment.
