Zoomcar is searching for an experienced Technical Support Engineer in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting on Fortinet products and assisting customers with networking and security solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical support, an understanding of TCP/IP and security products, and will possess strong communication skills. A familiarity with Fortinet technologies is highly preferred.

Formación

• Experience in TAC, NOC, SOC, or GSC is desirable.
• Previous call center experience supporting networking or security products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of firewalls, IPSec, IDS/IPS.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced troubleshooting on Fortinet products.
• Analyze configuration information and provide recommendations.
• Educate customers to bridge knowledge gaps.

Conocimientos

Field sales experience

Understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols

Knowledge of security products

Ability to speak Portuguese

Educación

Independent certification on security from SANS, ISC2, ISACA
