Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in SEO or related analytical role.
• Solid understanding of keywords, search intent, on-page SEO, internal linking and indexation.
• Hands‑on with AI tools and a habit of finding faster, smarter ways to work.
• Strong work ethic, ownership, and follow-through.
• Curiosity and coachability: asks good questions and applies feedback quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including ability to write briefs for execution.
• Comfortable with data in spreadsheets and analytics tools.
• Interest in how SEO drives leads and revenue, not just rankings.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Keyword Research: Execute SEO strategy across a portfolio of websites from research through launch.
• Content Briefs, Creation & Refreshes: Write briefs for service pages and location pages; refresh content and generate AI-assisted outlines.
• Technical SEO: Run site crawls, identify issues, coordinate fixes with developers.
• Reporting & Analysis: Build SEO reports and dashboards; connect SEO to qualified leads and revenue.
• Link Building & Authority: Support outreach and authority-building efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with writers, designers, developers, data, and PPC teams.
• Process Improvement & AI: Use AI tools to speed up research, QA, and reporting; build AI-assisted workflows.
