Keycafe is seeking a Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative to convert inbound leads into qualified meetings for the Account Executive team. You’ll be the first contact for prospective customers across Europe, explaining how Keycafe’s SmartBox and cloud platform solve operational challenges.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong outbound inquiry handling, and a performance-driven mindset within a remote, collaborative team.

Formación

• Proven work experience in sales (B2B preferred).
• Experience qualifying prospects and meeting sales quotas.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
• Strong phone presence and confidence handling inbound inquiries.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone and email
• Make follow-up calls to warm prospects across Europe
• Communicate professionally with customers in both Spanish and English
• Qualify inbound inquiries and assess business fit
• Navigate organizations to identify decision-makers
• Present Keycafe's value proposition clearly and confidently
• Craft persuasive follow-up emails that drive engagement
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities
