Truelogic is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer/Administrator to join a fintech-focused team. You will maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud operations while delivering key initiatives, including a telephony platform migration from Talkdesk to Genesys.

Formación

3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
Proficient in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experienced with declarative automation using Flows and Process Builder.
Hands-on with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
Strong for integrating Salesforce with third-party APIs and middleware.

Responsabilidades

Develop, configure, and maintain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Evaluate requirements and determine optimal solutions using declarative tools vs. custom code.
Build and support Apex, LWC, workflows, and automations.
Maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms and APIs.
Support telephony migrations and related integrations (Talkdesk to Genesys).
Assist Experience Cloud portal initiatives and UX enhancements.
Document solutions and manage Jira tickets.
