Truelogic is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer/Administrator to join a fast-paced fintech environment. You will maintain and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, while leading integrations and a major telephony migration from Talkdesk to Genesys.

You’ll collaborate with a small, distributed team, implement declarative solutions, and document work in Jira. Remote-first role with competitive USD compensation and strong growth opportunities.

Formación

• 3–5+ years hands-on Salesforce development and admin experience.
• Proficient in Apex and Lightning Web Components with declarative automation.
• Experience Cloud familiarity and strong integration experience with external systems.
• Ability to document solutions and manage Jira workflows.
• Nice-to-have CTI/telephony, Marketing Cloud, or automation tools like Zapier.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into solutions using declarative tools and minimal code.
• Design, build, and maintain Apex, LWC, workflows, and automations.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external platforms and APIs.
• Lead telephony migration efforts (Talkdesk to Genesys) and related integrations.
• Support Experience Cloud portal initiatives and UX improvements over 3–4 months.
• Translate business needs into actionable Jira tickets and document technical solutions.
