Qualifications

4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Proven production delivery with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Hands-on Data Cloud data ingestion, unification, segmentation, and activation.
Strong SQL, API, and automation framework skills.

Responsibilities

Configure and develop Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.
Build and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, triggered sends, and customer communication workflows.
Enable omnichannel engagement across email, mobile, and other channels using integrated customer data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design campaign-ready data models and activation strategies.
Develop reusable integration services and support interoperability across Salesforce platforms and related systems.
Support campaign testing, release management, production deployments, and production issue resolution.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform performance and scalability.
Ensure platform solutions align with security, compliance, and customer data governance requirements.
Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to platform development best practices.
