Upwork is seeking a Salesforce Developer to drive Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud initiatives in a remote LATAM engagement. You will implement data ingestion, unified profiles, audience segmentation, and omnichannel activation while ensuring security and governance.

You will build outbound journeys, automations, and integrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support deployments and performance optimization.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce platform.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience for ingestion, unification, segmentation and activation.
• Strong development skills in SQL, APIs, automation frameworks, and platform customization.
• Experience with segmentation logic and cross-channel campaign enablement.
• Experience building Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and triggered sends.
• Excellent troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and develop Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities (ingestion, profile unification, segmentation, activation).
• Build and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, triggered sends, and workflows.
• Enable omnichannel engagement across email, mobile, and other channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design campaign-ready data models and activation strategies.
• Develop reusable integration services and support interoperability across Salesforce platforms.
• Support campaign testing, releases, deployments, and production issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance and scalability.
• Ensure solutions align with security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to best practices.
