Qualifications

• English: C1+ or near-native spoken English for daily US calls.
• 2–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in closing roles.
• Experience working remotely is strongly preferred.
• Experience with U.S.-based clients is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills to handle objections and build trust.
• Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to learn a technical/custom product in detail.

Responsibilities

• Close Hot Inbound Traffic: inbound leads daily, no cold calls.
• Crush the Phone: handle high call volume with US clients and follow-ups.
• Own the Price Negotiation: negotiate terms within company rules.
• Learn the Product Inside Out: master technical glass products to answer questions.
• Keep HubSpot Clean & Organized: maintain a clean pipeline and accurate data.
• Close Deals and Secure Deposits: secure prepayments and hand off to PM.
