Stay'd is seeking a Sales Manager to own sales operations for a remote LATAM team. You will lead a 10+ person sales squad, coaching performance, and building scalable systems with clear SOPs and KPI dashboards.

You will sit in Sales and collaborate with leadership, marketing, and brand teams. The role requires hands-on leadership from the floor and a strong focus on pipeline integrity and forecast accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as Sales Manager leading a team of 10+ agents.
• Proven track record of improving team performance through coaching and processes.
• Experience building SOPs and running a KPI-driven team.
• Comfort with a CRM and sales reporting.
• Excellent spoken and written English; able to communicate clearly.

• Oversee all sales operations for Stay'd.
• Lead, manage and coach a team of 10+ sales agents.
• Set, track and report on team and individual KPIs.
• Create and maintain sales SOPs for repeatable performance.
• Identify blockers and fix issues in skills, process or tools.
• Keep pipeline accurate and forecast honest.
• Recruit, onboard and develop agents as the team grows.
