The Ricky Joy Company in Cali, Valle del Cauca, is seeking an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Analyst who will own the digital roadmap and execute hands-on tasks on-site. This role reports directly to the CEO & President and balances strategic leadership with practical execution.

Responsibilities include managing paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok, overseeing store operations on Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, and building analytics dashboards (GA4/Looker Studio) to drive revenue,

• Location: Cali, Valle del Cauca; 100% on-site work required.
• 4+ years leading digital strategy with hands-on execution.
• Reporting directly to CEO/President with executive visibility.

Responsabilidades

• Own digital marketing roadmap; present growth plans to leadership.
• Directly manage paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Lead catalog, pricing, and promotions across Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop.
• Develop SEO initiatives and GA4/Looker Studio dashboards for revenue insights.
