Allego is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage inbound customer requests for technical support and services, reinforcing Allego’s reputation for fast, friendly support. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with EOR remote employment from Colombia.

Shifts are full-time, Monday–Friday, with core hours in EST. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, provisioning systems, improving knowledge content,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication, strong writing skills, and a passion for problem-solving.
• Prior troubleshooting experience. Experience with SAAS is preferred.
• Experience using a CRM (Zendesk) is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and driven by quality.
• Ability to operate in an extremely fast-paced and evolving start-up environment.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve inbound customer support questions via phone, email, or screen share in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify customer needs and help customers leverage Allego features.
• Analyze and report product challenges and enhancements to Allego’s Product Team.
• Provision new customer systems.
• Assist with supplemental content creation and transformation.
• Create new Allego system setups.
• Contribute to Allego Training and Knowledge Base by authoring templates and articles.
• Escalate requests to Advanced Support, Customer Success, or Operations.
