Veta Virtual is hiring a Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist to own end-to-end revenue operations for a roofing and construction client. You will manage invoicing, progress billings, collections, and reporting from a fully remote position.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in U.S.-based accounting, strong QuickBooks Online and JobNimbus experience, and excellent communication with project managers, insurers, and homeowners. LATAM or Europe-based applicants preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations (construction/roofing/field services a major plus).
• Experience managing full billing cycle in project-based environments (estimate-to-cash).
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with JobNimbus/AccuLynx/CompanyCam or similar.
• Comfort with insurance billing and understanding of estimates, supplements, and payment structures (Xactimate a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills to reconcile discrepancies and communicate with customers/insurers/project managers.
• Experience with process improvements and automation in fast-growing trades businesses.
• Professional fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Based in LATAM or Europe for role consideration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations — invoicing, progress billings, reconciliations, receivables tracking, and collections across active job sites.
• Review invoice accuracy against contracts, insurance estimates, and approvals; resolve discrepancies with project managers, sales reps, or insurers.
• Respond to homeowner, commercial client, and insurer questions on billing and payments; own collections.
• Support revenue reporting by collaborating with accounting, track job costing, and review project-level financial summaries.
• Optimize systems (QuickBooks Online, JobNimbus or similar) and lead process improvements and automation for roofing workflows.
• Communicate clearly with clients, insurers, and subcontractors regarding billing, payments, and supplement documentation.
