INGEPSY is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounting Specialist to own the full A/R cycle and provide general accounting support for a US-based construction client, operating remotely. The role emphasizes invoicing accuracy, collections, and project-related receivables in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, expert QB Online skills, and strong knowledge of GAAP. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting experience with hands-on A/R ownership.
• Full A/R process from invoicing to collections and payment application.
• High proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QB).
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize a high volume of invoices and accounts.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full A/R cycle from billing to collections and payment application.
• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in QuickBooks Online.
• Review contracts and job docs for billing accuracy and progress billings.
• Maintain A/R Aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Communicate with customers about invoices and payment status.
• Own collections efforts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Record and reconcile income and other transactions in QB Online.
