Zusammenfassung

Veta Virtual is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist to own end-to-end revenue processes in a fast-paced, remote startup. You will generate quotes and invoices, reconcile discrepancies, track receivables, and ensure timely collections for U.S.-based clients.

You will collaborate with accounting, review SQL outputs for accuracy, and drive system upgrades and automation using QuickBooks Online and Stripe. A global, fully remote setup offers flexibility and growth.

Qualifikationen

2+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies.
Full revenue cycle management (quote-to-cash).
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe; ability to review SQL outputs.

Aufgaben

Lead end-to-end revenue operations from quotes to cash and collections.
Review order form accuracy and resolve discrepancies with sales or customers.
Respond to invoicing questions and push back when needed to collect payments.
