Jobgether seeks a Revenue & Billing Analyst based in Colombia to own end-to-end billing, AR, collections and reporting. You will implement automation, collaborate with Finance and Product, and support platform changes from a Finance perspective. This is a fully remote, async-first role with overlap with UK teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in billing or subscriptions, strong Excel/BI skills, and experience reducing manual work through automation.

Formación

• Experience owning customer billing and accounts receivable or collections.
• Proven ability to resolve complex billing or payment issues with customers.
• Experience with billing in a subscription/SaaS or recurring revenue environment.
• Strong reconciliation skills and handling financial data accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end billing processes: invoicing, membership changes, payment queries, refunds, failed payments, credit notes, and corrections.
