Insight Global is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support end-to-end revenue processes for our global clients in Colombia. This Excel‑driven role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting, and collaboration with U.S.-based teams on billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.

You will build and maintain Excel reports, analyze trends, and help ensure timely billing while upholding strong financial controls in a fast-paced, metrics‑driven environment.

Formación

• Proficient in Excel, able to handle large data sets, formulas and reconciliations.
• 1+ year experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong attention to detail and data validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily revenue operations activities across verifications, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Review and reconcile financial and operational data for accuracy.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to resolve billing, payments, and account setup discrepancies.

Revenue Operations Specialist (Excel‑Heavy Role)

About the Role

We are hiring multiple Revenue Operations Specialists (1-7yrs exp) to support the end‑to‑end revenue cycle for our global business. This role sits within our Revenue Operations team and partners closely with U.S.-based Sales, Invoicing, Collections, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate revenue processing, timely billing, and strong financial controls.

This is a highly analytical, Excel‑driven role ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, resolving discrepancies, and supporting critical financial operations in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.

Depending on business needs and individual strengths, team members may focus on areas such as verifications, billing/invoicing, or accounts receivable, collections while building a broad understanding of the full revenue lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily revenue operations activities across verifications, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable
• Review, validate, and reconcile financial and operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Partner with U.S.-based teams to resolve discrepancies related to billing, payments, timesheets, and account setup
• Prepare and maintain Excel‑based reports, trackers, and reconciliations
• Analyze data trends to identify issues, risks, or process improvement opportunities
• Meet strict deadlines and performance metrics aligned to revenue cycle timelines
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and global customers

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced) — comfortable working with large data sets, formulas, reconciliations, and reporting
• 1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, finance, or similar analytical roles
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy and data validation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working with U.S.-based teams or global clients is a plus
• Familiarity with invoicing portals, billing systems, or financial tools is a plus
