Hyre is hiring a Billing & Accounting Systems Specialist to own our billing platform and the accounting operations that run on it. This role focuses on Chargebee end to end, including subscriptions, invoicing, payments, dunning, and credit memos—ensuring the system runs autonomously and correctly.

You will own AR aging, month-end reconciliation, payroll prep, and meticulous process documentation to prevent single points of failure across time zones. Remote, international scope.

Formación

• Chargebee administration experience and configuration beyond basic usage.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, payments, and aging management.
• Payroll experience with time-tracked workers or contractors.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills for data cleanup and reconciliation.
• Ability to document processes clearly for cross-team execution.
• Proficiency with HubSpot workflows or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own Chargebee end to end: subscriptions, invoices, payments, dunning, credits.
• Maintain AR aging report and drive collections with Account Managers.
• Prepare payroll runs from time-tracking data and reconcile outputs.
• Write and maintain SOPs for recurring processes.
• Identify manual tasks and propose automation fixes.
• Ensure accurate billing, revenue reporting, and month-end closes.
