Insight Global is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support end-to-end revenue processes for our global clients in Colombia. This Excel‑driven role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting, and collaboration with U.S.-based teams on billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.

You will build and maintain Excel reports, analyze trends, and help ensure timely billing while upholding strong financial controls in a fast-paced, metrics‑driven environment.

Formación

• Proficient in Excel, able to handle large data sets, formulas and reconciliations.
• 1+ year experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong attention to detail and data validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily revenue operations activities across verifications, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Review and reconcile financial and operational data for accuracy.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to resolve billing, payments, and account setup discrepancies.
• Prepare Excel-based reports, trackers, and reconciliations.
• Analyze data trends to identify issues or process improvements.
• Meet deadlines and performance metrics tied to revenue cycle timelines.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and global customers.
