Bijou Getaways is seeking a regional operations owner to coordinate cleaning QC, vendor scheduling, and guest communications across your region. You will ensure proofs and photos are in place before check-ins and chase issues that bots miss.

You will manage the board in Monday.com and Slack in real time, maintain response rates above 90%, and escalate to the Senior Operations Manager as needed. This is a hands-on, single-job role requiring English fluency and strong Spanish for LatAm networks.

Formación

• 2-5+ years owning operations with a ticket queue across hotel ops/AGM/ housekeeping supervision with real chase and multi-unit dispatch.
• Problem solver with ability to diagnose, act, document and finish when multiple issues occur.
• Excellent English writing skills (C1).
• Spanish language skills to run cleaners and vendors in LatAm networks (strong plus).
• Detail-oriented with ownership mindset; if not logged with proof, it isn't done.
• Familiar with Slack, Monday.com (or Asana/ClickUp), WhatsApp, Google Workspace; Guesty, Airbnb, Booking.com or RapidEye experience is a plus.
• This is your only job during work hours.

Responsabilidades

• Own arrivals: ensure Final QC proof before guest check-in; chase late or incorrect unit videos and rebook/update guests.
• Own the board: manage Cleaning Issues, Maintenance, 7 Days, Claims with next steps and ETA; attach photo/video proof.
• Own bot and human flags: acknowledge quickly, take action, close with proof, verify dates and alerts.
• Own vendor and cleaner coordination: schedule into vacant windows with guest consent; confirm fixes with photos.
• Own guest problems end to end: calm guests, start fixes, update until resolved; log and escalate refunds/discounts with facts.
• Protect response rate: keep above 90% and avoid incomplete checklists.
• Preserve P0 priority until truly resolved; hand off cleanly with open risks named.
