Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English/Spanish required (fluent written and spoken).
• 2+ years in property management or similar customer-facing roles.
• Experience with property management software (AppFolio or similar).
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or MS Project.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and tenant relations.
• Coordinate maintenance, leasing, and rent collections across the portfolio.
• Communicate with tenants, property owners, vendors and internal teams.
• Review and track maintenance work orders; ensure timely completion and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with local, state, and fair housing laws; manage notices and evictions as needed.
• Manage dashboards and data tracking in Google Sheets, ClickUp, and PM databases.
• Proactively identify process improvements and leverage technology to automate tasks.
• Maintain professional, timely communication; respond to emails/requests within 24 hours.
