Remoti is seeking an AGM to drive growth by guiding client recruitment processes from onboarding to closing placements, while leading a team of recruiters. You will mentor the team, set ambitious targets with the Sales Manager, and ensure efficient recruitment workflows.

The role requires a people-oriented leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, plus C1 English. Hybrid work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manages client's recruitment processes, from onboarding roles to creating recruitment plans and closing placements.
• Leads a team of recruiters, setting targets and ensuring smooth recruitment workflows.
• Trains the recruitment team in soft and hard skills and supports them alongside the Sales Manager.
• Keeps up-to-date with tech industry news and trends.
