AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Software Engineer with strong Java and MuleSoft experience to own backend services and the Case object ecosystem.

You will strengthen service logic, data processing, and platform reliability while supporting Salesforce Service Cloud integrations. You will troubleshoot incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration workflows and robust monitoring.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience with Java and MuleSoft.
• Backend software engineering experience.
• Production troubleshooting and incident support experience.
• Experience with production monitoring and alert triage.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving API/integration failures.

Responsabilidades

• Own backend Java services and platform-level engineering for the Case object ecosystem.
• Contribute to MuleSoft capabilities and integration layer work.
• Support Service Cloud integration issues with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures affecting Salesforce processes.
• Participate in Developer First Responder rotation and Ops Review.
• Triage critical alerts and monitor core Java services health KPIs.
• Maintain tickets, keep sprint data current, and document findings in Confluence.
• Communicate work status via standups and Slack, and deliver on schedule.
