AgileEngine is seeking a Software Engineer with Java and MuleSoft experience to own backend services and platform-level engineering supporting a Case object ecosystem within Salesforce Service Cloud integrations.
You will handle production troubleshooting, on-call rotation, and contribute to internal daemons and the integration layer, collaborating across teams to ensure reliability and timely delivery.
Formación
- 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience with Java.
- Experience with MuleSoft.
- Backend software engineering experience.
- Production troubleshooting and incident support experience.
- Experience with production monitoring, alert triage, and service health.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving API/integration failures.
Responsabilidades
- Own backend Java services and MuleSoft integration for service cases.
- Contribute to internal daemons and MuleSoft capabilities, focusing on the integration layer.
- Support Service Cloud stakeholders; coordinate with internal teams on integration issues.
- Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting Salesforce processes.
- Participate in Developer First Responder rotation and Ops reviews.
- Triage alerts and monitor health KPIs for core Java services.
- Document findings in Confluence and track incidents.
- Keep sprint data current and maintain transparency via tickets and standups.
- Follow DevOps processes and collaborate across teams.
