AgileEngine is seeking a Software Engineer with strong Java and MuleSoft expertise to own backend services and platform-level engineering supporting a Case object ecosystem. You will strengthen service logic, data processing, and platform reliability alongside Salesforce Service Cloud integrations.

Production troubleshooting, incident support, and on-call rotation are part of the role, with a focus on integration quality and operational excellence.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience with Java.
• Experience with MuleSoft.
• Backend software engineering experience.
• Production troubleshooting and incident support experience.
• Experience with production monitoring, alert triage, and service health.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving API/integration failures.

Responsabilidades

• Own backend Java services and platform-level engineering for the Case object ecosystem, ensuring service logic, data processing, and platform reliability.
• Contribute to MuleSoft capabilities and internal daemons with a focus on integration layer.
• Support stakeholders in Service Cloud and coordinate with internal teams on integration issues affecting Cases.
• Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting Salesforce Service Cloud processes.
• Participate in the DFR rotation and Ops Review as a core responsibility.
• Triage critical backend alerts and monitor health KPIs for core Java services.
• Handle keep-the-lights-on injects, track incidents, and document findings in Confluence.
• Keep sprint data current and communicate status via tickets, standups, and Slack.
• Follow established DevOps processes and collaborate across teams to deliver on schedule.
