Visa Hunt is seeking a Projects Coordinator to support property management and maintenance coordination. This remote role requires coordinating with tenants, vendors, clients and management to ensure service requests are completed from start to finish.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in a customer-facing role, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and be comfortable with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project. A proactive mindset is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate projects from start to finish and suggest improvements.
• Maintain professional, collaborative interactions with stakeholders.
• Manage dashboards and updates in Google Sheets or PM tools.
• Coordinate work orders with tenants and vendors.
• Learn new software platforms quickly.
• Update repairs in the PM software and respond within 24 hours.
• Take initiative to troubleshoot as needed.
