Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and manage maintenance requests from tenants and property teams.
• Create and track work orders using property management systems and monitor from intake to completion.
• Schedule vendors, contractors, and inspections; verify licensing and compliance.
• Communicate maintenance updates to tenants and coordinate service appointments.
• Maintain preventive maintenance calendars and track recurring issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, invoices, and reports for leadership.
