Massive Bio is seeking a Project Manager to support its US Provider Engagement team in a desk-based, fully remote role operating during US Eastern business hours. You will own data, reporting, and coordination for provider referrals and enrollment into clinical trials.

You’ll analyze provider data, manage referrals, maintain CRM accuracy, and build dashboards for leadership while collaborating with clinical operations, customer success, and technology teams.

Formación

• 5–8 years in project management, operations, or field team support in healthcare, pharma, CROs, or health tech.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and building dashboards from raw data.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data-quality discipline.
• Structured, multi‑workstream PM that meets deadlines.
• Fluent professional English; able to communicate with US‑based executives.
• Available to work US Eastern business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze provider and referral data to identify high-potential oncology practices and build target lists.
• Own the provider referral pipeline from first contact through enrollment handoff and follow-ups.
• Keep CRM data accurate and enforce data hygiene standards across the team.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports on field activity, referral volume, conversion, and SLAs for leadership.
• Coordinate the field team’s operating rhythm: meetings, action items, and follow-up tracking.
• Run provider onboarding as a project with clear documentation, workflows, and handoffs to clinical operations and patient-facing teams.
• Document SOPs, playbooks, and best practices as the function scales.
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical operations, customer success, and technology teams.
